Our Story

Saanjh

Saanjh began behind an unmarked door off a quiet Jhamsikhel lane, in a room that keeps its own time. We pour with intent — small-batch spirits, house bitters built on Himalayan botanicals and timur, ice cut to order — and we believe a great drink is built, not rushed.

The lights stay low and the music stays close. Find a corner, let the bartender guide you, and let the evening unspool. Reservations by phone or WhatsApp; we accept eSewa, Khalti, and all major cards.
