Poured at altitude.
A craft distillery in the Annapurna foothills, ageing single malt in the thin mountain air. Scroll — and watch it pour.
Glacier water, mountain barley, mountain time
Everything begins with snowmelt off the Annapurna range — soft, mineral-clear water that runs through our mash. We malt Himalayan barley, ferment slow in the cold, and age in charred oak at 2,000 metres, where the thin air draws the spirit deep into the wood. The result is a dram that tastes of where it is from: bright, smoky, and unmistakably of the mountains.
