I am a Kathmandu-based chartered accountant and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN), with over twelve years of practice across statutory audit, taxation, and corporate advisory.

My practice, Adhikari & Associates, works with private companies, NGOs/INGOs, and growing startups — from first company registration and PAN/VAT setup at the Inland Revenue Department to year-end audit, transfer-pricing reviews, and board-level financial strategy. I believe clean books are not paperwork; they are the foundation a business borrows, hires, and expands on.

Clients can settle engagement fees by bank transfer, eSewa, or Khalti, and I keep a small number of monthly retainer slots open for founders who want a finance partner on call. Consultations are available in person in Kathmandu or over video.
