About

Care that begins with listening

Dr. Sushma Karki is a Kathmandu-based consultant cardiologist with over fifteen years of experience caring for hearts across Nepal. She believes the best medicine begins with listening — understanding each patient's story before reaching for a prescription.

Her practice spans preventive cardiology, non-invasive imaging and interventional procedures, with a special interest in women's heart health and rheumatic heart disease, which remains common in our communities. She trained at Tribhuvan University and pursued advanced fellowship abroad before returning home to serve.

Unhurried consultations, plain-language explanations and a calm, reassuring approach are at the heart of every visit. Whether you are managing a chronic condition or simply want peace of mind, you are in careful hands.
